1. Service

This application ("AI Platform") is provided by Bellatrix Advisors LLC to customers under an active commercial agreement. Use of the service is subject to that agreement and to these terms.

2. Accounts and access

Access is limited to authorized users of a registered customer workspace. You are responsible for safeguarding your credentials and for activity performed under your account. Bellatrix Advisors LLC may suspend accounts that present a security risk.

3. Customer data

Documents and data you upload remain the property of your organization. Each customer workspace is logically and physically segregated: separate databases, separate document repositories, and separate configuration. Bellatrix Advisors LLC processes customer data only to provide the service.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the service, attempt to access another customer's workspace, probe or degrade the platform, or use outputs to violate applicable trade, sanctions, or data-protection law.

5. Availability and support

Service levels, support channels, and maintenance windows are defined in your commercial agreement. Bellatrix Advisors LLC operates continuous automated quality checks on every deployment.

6. Liability

Outputs of automated document analysis are decision support, not legal, banking, or compliance advice. Final responsibility for submissions to banks or counterparties remains with the customer as set out in the commercial agreement.
